About Me
Let me introduce myself to you. I am
Linda Sanchez, Realtor in Savannah GA. I retired from Delta
Air Lines, as a flight attendant, after 32 years of service. I
have been licensed as a real estate agent in the state of Georgia
since 1990. At that time, I was still working with Delta and
thought that real estate would be a great "part-time" job. I
found out very quickly that I could not be in London and represent
my clients with the attention they deserved.
When I retired in 2000, I started my real estate business full time.
I find that I now have the time to devote to my customers as it
should be! I have basically gone from one people-serving
business to another.
Although I traveled extensively with my other career, Savannah is
home. I chose to come back to this lovely coastal city and
enjoy all the charm it has to offer. I have one daughter that
graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2005. She decided to
continue on with her education and is now in nursing school in the
area. We are of the Catholic Faith and attend Sacred Heart. I am very proud
to be a native of Savannah.
I have found it very important to keep up with the latest
information and technology in the real estate field and have
therefore continued my education. I have completed courses in
the Graduate Realtor Institute, Buyer's Agent, Seniors Real Estate
Council, and most recently, the E-Pro course that has brought me
into the "computer age" of real estate. My next training will
be to become a Certified Residential Specialist. I am a member
of the Distinguished Sales Society (formerly known as the Million
Dollar Club), and the Multi-List Service of Savannah. I am a proud
member of the National Council of Realtors.
I have worked with many first-time home buyers. I enjoy
helping them find answers to all of their questions; from finding
the right home to acquiring the best mortgage for their needs and
every question in between.
Because I am now considered a "Senior Citizen", I understand the
needs of those folks who are trying to downsize, move to one level
homes, or get into a planned development for seniors.
Since I moved so many times in my former career, I find that I have
a unique understanding of customers who are transferring here from
other areas of the country. I list and sell homes in Savannah,
Richmond Hill, Rincon, Guyton, Pooler and Tybee Island.
I have found houses for many of our military families since
Savannah serves Hunter Army Airfiled and Fort Stewart. I am very proud
to be able to assist these families in their search for homes and to
be able to give the soldier some peace of mind when deployed.
